The American Amateur Radio Council, AARC, is sponsored by
AARA, theAmerican Amateur Radio Association. Membership
in the American Amateur Radio Council is free and is obtained
by a letter of application by you together with your resume and
the by election by a majority of other American Amateur Radio
Council members. Among other things, the American Amateur
Radio Council offers free mediation services and also free
binding arbitration services to any licensed radio amateurs
who are involved in a dispute and who want to
voluntarily seek mediation or voluntarily submit to binding
arbitration. This avoids the costs of a lawsuit. All parties
must agree on a mediator or arbitrator from AARC or even a
board of several arbitrators. All American Amateur Radio
Council mediators andarbitrators are certified by AARA. To
learn more about the American Amateur Radio Council, you can
telephone 207 242 2143 or E-Mail AARC@K1MAN.com.

Please contact us if you would like to become a certified
mediator and arbitrator. Your volunteer services will be
appreciated by the American Amateur Radio Council.
International amateur radio disputes are handled by the
International Amateur Radio Council (IARC).
